For more than 35 years, Kelly Avera has been dedicated to understanding and applying the art of holistic healing. A seasoned professional and pioneer in integrative health, Kelly blends deep scholastic study with hands-on experience to bridge the worlds of functional medicine, natural health, and the emerging sciences of energy and quantum physics.

In 1997, Kelly founded her first company, serving in the clinical arena, supporting practitioners and their patients with natural health solutions. For over three decades, she worked alongside medical professionals, empowering them with tools and education to address root causes of health imbalance.

Since  2017, she's guided healing beyond traditional boundaries-using quantum biofeedback, voice analysis, and bioenergetic mapping to help the body to return to its divine blueprint and restore true vitality.

Kelly holds multiple certifications in both functional nutrition, and energy healing, blending science and spirit in her approach. As a biofeedback practitioner, clinical educator, and veteran in functional medicine, she is known for her  compassion and tenacity to improve the wellbeing of her clients. Passionate about sharing empowering and novel insights, she offers state of the art quantum technologies to empower her clients to gain a more complete understanding of each individuals holistic health.

Courtney is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), with a strong clinical foundation built on experience in both emergency medicine and primary care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree from The University of Alabama and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Georgia Southern University.

Her career began in high-pressure emergency settings, where she developed sharp clinical skills and a deep respect for the resilience of the human body. Later, she transitioned into a role as a nurse educator, guiding and mentoring future nurses. That experience sparked a lifelong passion for teaching and empowering others to take ownership of their health.
Driven by a desire to address the root causes of illness rather than just symptoms, Courtney found her calling in functional medicine. She takes a personalized, whole-person approach to care—helping patients uncover underlying imbalances and build sustainable paths to optimal wellness.

Outside of her practice, Courtney enjoys spending time with her husband Clay and their baby boy Tucker, who they recently welcomed into their growing family.
