Our Mission

For more than 32 years, Kelly Avera has been dedicated to understanding and applying the science and art of holistic healing. A seasoned professional and lifelong learner, Kelly blends deep scholastic study with hands-on experience to bridge the worlds of functional medicine, natural health, and the emerging sciences of energy, vibration, and quantum physics.

In 1997, Kelly founded her first company, serving in the clinical arena to support practitioners and their patients with natural health solutions and holistic nutrition. For two decades, she worked alongside medical professionals, empowering them with tools and education to address root causes of illness and restore balance.

In 2017, she launched her second venture — a fully virtual practice for people and pets — allowing her to integrate quantum physics, frequency-based modalities, and energy work to promote healing beyond traditional boundaries. Her approach honors both the body’s innate intelligence and the vibrational patterns that influence well-being.

Kelly holds multiple certifications in energy healing and will be formally certified as a Certified Energy Healer in the fall of 2025. As an educator, she thrives on sharing knowledge, cultivating curiosity, and helping others harness the power of frequency and vibration to transform health.

Whether working with individuals, families, or animals, Kelly brings a rare combination of grounded clinical expertise, intuitive insight, and unwavering commitment to holistic wellness.

Courtney is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), with a strong clinical foundation built on experience in both emergency medicine and primary care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree from The University of Alabama and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Georgia Southern University.

Her career began in high-pressure emergency settings, where she developed sharp clinical skills and a deep respect for the resilience of the human body. Later, she transitioned into a role as a nurse educator, guiding and mentoring future nurses. That experience sparked a lifelong passion for teaching and empowering others to take ownership of their health.
Driven by a desire to address the root causes of illness rather than just symptoms, Courtney found her calling in functional medicine. She takes a personalized, whole-person approach to care—helping patients uncover underlying imbalances and build sustainable paths to optimal wellness.

Outside of her practice, Courtney enjoys spending time with her husband Clay and their baby boy Tucker, who they recently welcomed into their growing family.
